They start there activities in Bangladesh since  29 December 2004 . Teletalk is a Public Limited Company of Bangladesh Government, the owner of Teletalk is telephone operator of Bangladesh. they also provide EDGE  and GPRS  internet connectivity and now they are  going to start the 3G (Third generation) which is the latest cellular information service . Teletalk is the first operator in the country that gave BTTB (now BTCL) incoming facility to its subscribers

TeleTalk is the 6th largest mobile phone operator in Bangladesh with 1.147 million subscribers.*

15 is the access code for Banglalink as allocated by the Government of Bangladesh. So any Banglalink Number will be like as +88015xxxxxxx . Where, 880 is the ISD code for Bangladesh and is needed only in case of dialing from outside Bangladesh.
